Sushi Maker

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Sushi Maker to join our team. As a Sushi Maker, you will be responsible for preparing and following our delicious sushi recipes for our customers. If you have a passion for sushi and enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Prepare and assemble sushi rolls, nigiri, and sashimi according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly portioned, and stored correctly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station and kitchen area
- Follow food safety guidelines and maintain proper food handling practices
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation of sushi orders
- Assist with other kitchen duties as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or food industry setting
- Knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and ingredients
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knife skills and ability to handle raw fish safely
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $18.00-$20.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
