Responsibilities:
- Prepare fresh menu items according to our recipes and standards
- Ensure food quality and presentation meets our high standards
- Mix and serve margaritas and other beverages
- Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders and addressing customer inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
Skills:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Knowledge of bartending techniques and drink recipes is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer requests and concerns
- Proficient in food handling and preparation techniques
- Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
