Hiring P/T-F/T Take out Staff and customer service

To succeed in this role you need a positive attitude & ability to work well under pressure. Looking for an engaged enthusiastic Take Out Customer service representative.

Ideal candidate must be able to learn menus quickly, and adapt to answering customer questions in regards to orders/menus.

Shifts will consist of opening (10-4) or evening (4-9) Full time is also available.

Duties & Responsibilities include:

• Greet Guests upon entering and exiting the restaurant
• Pack Orders correctly and cash out customers
• Take orders over the phone
• Provide Guests with an authentic, sociable experience
• Clean and stage the dining room quickly, paying close attention to detail Job Requirements
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Team oriented and able to build and foster positive relationships
• Maintaining a clean environment, cleaning stations, sweeping, mopping area
• Minor preparation of some pre packed food items

Answers high volume of calls in a positive efficient manner

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dynamic personality, energetic and confident
• Are you available on Weekends? Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Experience:

• cashier
• understanding menu items, food order slips and allergies
• attention to detail packaging food
