Experience in takeout/fast food and with POS systems is necessary. Applicants should have good communication and organizational skills, as well as be Smart Serve certified. Customer service skills are also a must. We offer the opportunity to grow as a person and learn the customer service side of a restaurant. We strive to create a positive work space and empower one another.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Taking phone calls on behalf of the restaurant
- Packing/serving menu items to patrons and delivery drivers
- Using our TouchBistro POS and Shopify system for order taking and paying out customers
- Opening and closing responsibilities
- Learning our food and drink menu accurately
- Professional and responsible attire and conduct; report to work well groomed, in uniform, and at all times practice good personal hygiene.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $16.55 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 44 per week
