The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Talent Attraction Coordinator on the Greater Vancouver Area (GVA) Campus Recruitment team. In this role, you will be supporting the execution of both strategic and program-related activities and day-to-day recruitment activities for the key schools within the GVA and surrounding area. Reporting into the Campus Senior Manager, you will be working with the Campus Recruiting Partner and an outstanding team of recruitment professionals committed providing excellence in all they do.

What you will do
  • Support the GVA Campus Recruiting team in managing job requisitions and candidate workflow in our Applicant Tracking System
  • Support with communications and logistics coordination for information sessions, recruitment events, interviews, and all other strategic recruitment initiatives
  • Administrative support for the campus recruiting team, including calendar, functional inbox, and general document management
  • Coordinate the New Hire process for all incoming Campus hires
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective candidates and incoming new hires
  • Work collaboratively with our Human Resource and Marketing teams

What you bring to the role
Along with an enthusiastic, positive and team-oriented attitude, you will also have the following:
  • 1-2 years of experience in Recruitment or relevant project coordinator and/or administrative experience.
  • Strong project management skills (ability to manage multiple requests/ tasks and work with competing priorities)
  • Excellent attention to detail demonstrated through experience in event planning and/or multi-stakeholder projects
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Enthusiasm, energy, curiosity for new ideas, technologies and marketing trends
  • Self-starter and desire to work in a face-paced environment
  • Strong communicator, people-centered, and passionate about creating a diverse, inclusive, and belonging culture

In British Columbia, the expected annual total compensation range for this position is $46,500 to $70,000 The determination of an applicant's compensation within this range is based on the individual's location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition to total compensation, KPMG also offers a comprehensive, competitive Total Rewards program.
