Are you passionate about craft beer and creating memorable experiences for guests? Join our team as a Tasting Room Server at Mt Begbie Brewing, a locally owned and operated craft beer brewery!

Hours: 24 hours per week (min)

Job Brief:

Mt. Begbie Brewery is seeking a competent and enthusiastic server to join our team. As a Tasting Room Server, you will take orders and deliver them to our guests, maintaining and enhancing the quality of our customer service. You will work closely with colleagues, following established health and safety standards while having fun!

Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm welcome and excellent customer service.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining/bar area, including tables and seating areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Promote brewery products and offerings to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements:

• Previous serving experience, preferably in a restaurant or brewery setting.
• Knowledge and passion for craft beer!
• Previous experience with TouchBistro is a bonus but not essential.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Attention to detail and a focus on providing high-quality service.
• Must be of legal drinking age.
• Hold a Serving It Right Certificate or willing to gain this certification
