Sargent Farms is looking for eager, positive, hardworking and energetic individuals to join our primary food processing team roster at our Milton, Ontario facility.

• Monday to Friday. Steady Day-Shift.
• Morning shift start time varies depending on department placement (flexibility is a must).
• 40+ hours per week. (Average of 48 - 52 hours each week)
• Overtime paid after 44 hours each week.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
• Proven leader and team motivator with leadership skills.
• Knowledge of customer complaint investigation and resolution process.
• Knowledge of local and provincial GMP requirements pertaining to food manufacturing.
• Proficient communication skills: written, reading and speaking English.
