As the Team Lead, Member Service you will be responsible to motivate, coach, mentor and develop your team to ensure top-notch service in the delivery of credit union products and services. In addition to managing the day-to-day operations of the Member Service department you will manage branch cash flows to ensure adequate cash levels are maintained to meet requirements and ensure compliance to policies, procedures and legislation.
The ideal candidate has post-secondary education in business or a related discipline with 2 to 4 years job-related experience including formal leadership experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. You will possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, foster open communication, value opinions and ideas of others and place value on the effect of strong time management. Even better is having proven ability in sales coaching, training, establishing performance standards and evaluating performance.
