Team Lead Retail Associate

Responsibilities : Key Holder position with the ability to follow Checklists daily & weekly - Duties to include but not limited to cleaning, stocking and re-stocking as needed. Independently able to work on growing product lines and continue to offer unique and interesting products for our clientele. Educate customers when needed on products & local farms/artisans. Must be able to be a Team Worker - All staff are required to work together to complete daily tasks, maintain relationships with local vendors in a positive manner, communicate with Social Team when new products are arrive. Retail Cash work includes maintaining a friendly work atmosphere for customers and co-workers.

Requirements : Full time availability , including rotating weekends and evenings. Experience in wholesale ordering, customer service and experience using an in-house POS system. You must have the ability to lift properly and safely 50lbs. with the ability to stock and restock shelving.
