Team Lead - Winnipeg Airport

*This position is for EARLY morning shift 430am start time, in the airport. Personal transportation is required as public transportation does not run during these hours. Parking is provided. The airport is open 365 - this includes all major holidays, flexibility in scheduling is required.

RAIC is required - preference will be given to those who already have one ; Please be advised should you be offered the position a 5 year security clearance will be required in order to obtain a RAIC prior to beginning work.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

You should provide support to the store management and help create a cohesive team that works efficiently together to maximize the sales team's potential.

• Ensure that you deliver outstanding EVERDAY JOURNEY Experience, while providing the highest level of customer service.
• Lead by example through educating customers about, New Fashion trends, the Innovative Traveling products and accessories.
• Promote a positive and fun team atmosphere.
• Meet targets including but not limited to sales, items per transaction and dollars per transaction.

▪ Apply procedures for opening and closing the store;

Some ideal qualifications you possess:

• Retail/sales or customer service experience

▪ Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, in retail preferably.

• A friendly and upbeat personality
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in fashion and traveling and/or willingness to learn and become an Everyday Journey Expert
• A self-starter with excellent communication skills
