Team Leader
A Team Leader at Glenwood Kitchen must be able to do the following:
- Supervise, coordinate and control production operations
- Supervise, direct and train employees
- Create a team work environment within the department
- Actively cooperate with other department Team Leads
- Constantly strive to fine new ideas to improve productivity
- Commit to the team
The successful candidate will have the following:
- A minimum of 5 years of working experience in a cabinet manufacturing environment
- A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
- An exceptional ability to communicate clearly on technical topics in the English language
