Team Leader

A Team Leader at Glenwood Kitchen must be able to do the following:

• Supervise, coordinate and control production operations
• Supervise, direct and train employees
• Create a team work environment within the department
• Actively cooperate with other department Team Leads
• Constantly strive to fine new ideas to improve productivity
• Commit to the team

The successful candidate will have the following:

• A minimum of 5 years of working experience in a cabinet manufacturing environment
• A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
• An exceptional ability to communicate clearly on technical topics in the English language
