We are seeking a Team Lead/Member, someone who has a passion for pizza, is energetic, well organized, customer service focused, is a team player as well as a leader, and is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Maintain all online orders including Skip the Dishes, Door Dash, and telephone orders
- Stretch pizza dough while ensuring proper flow of the pizza process
- Operate topping station and ensure it is fully stocked
- Operate pizza oven
- Prepare toppings for the next shift
- Ensure a quality product and guest satisfaction while adhering to Oven 360 standards
- Ensure that sanitizing and cleaning of surfaces and spaces is completed regularly throughout the shift
- Ensure sanitization protocols are followed
- Operate cash register
- Opening and occasional closing
The ideal candidate will have a food services background, commitment to outstanding customer service and delivering a quality product, hardworking, able to work in an extremely fast-paced environment, and ability to keep up with demands while ensuring good workflow. A safe food handling certificate and Smart Serve is required.
