Team Support Administrator
Homestar Inc. is seeking a TSA that will ensure the company’s daily functions run accurately and effectively.
Responsibilities:
· Receive, enter and return time sheets to and from Project Manager
· Update Timesheet Tracking tool to ensure receipt of records
· Responsible to track Staff Attendance on Sharepoint
· Account for all workable hours on time sheet for bi-weekly payroll
· Create Purchase order numbers
· Enter invoices and receipts for purchase orders
· Provide assistance to other administrators as required
· Prepare and track Project Packets once signed off and ready to submit
· Answering customer complaints or concerns via email
· Consistent communication with other team members and Project manager
Requirements:
· Strong team player skills
· Accuracy and attention to details with numbers and invoices
· Experienced with Excel spreadsheet is an asset
· Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
· Time management skills
· Well organized
· Able to follow directions
· Reliable and punctual

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
