Role and context
The Flight AttendantTechnical Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the Flight Attendant Manager in the technical aspects of the department. They ensure that technical documents are compliant and accessible, and manage Flight Attendant equipment.
Key responsibilities
•Updating and maintaining technical documentation for the cab department.
•Check that technical documents comply with aeronautical regulations.
•Coordinating the maintenance and replacement of cab equipment.
•Manage safety management system reports submitted by Flight Attendants.
•Helping to improve safety protocols and emergency procedures.
•Analyse in-flight safety reports to identify improvements.
•Assist in the technical training of Flight Attendants.

Specific job requirements
•Experience in aviation, ideally in flight or cabin operations.
•Knowledge of aviation regulations (Transport Canada).

•Safety or first aid training is an asset.
•Languages: fluency in French and English.
