About the role
Work Schedule : 14 x 14
Provide technical support to the customer, including, Continuous Improvement project support and general technical recommendations and product support, Orica Digital Solutions support which includes implementation and troubleshooting, Electronic Blasting Systems field support which includes training, inventory forecasting and maintenance management, along with regular on-bench quality assurance audits.
What you will bring
- Blasting knowledge in surface mining an assest
- Well-developed troubleshooting/problem-solving and investigation capabilities
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- Diploma or degree in Mining Engineering or Mining Technician certificate
- The ability to work in English is a must, and the ability to work French is an asset
- Experience with Project Management is an asset
- Solid computer ability is required with experience using Microsoft Office, and familiartity with CAD based software would be considered a strong asset.

Salary to be determined by the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
