Adecco is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Technical Support Advisorfor a permanent, full-time position with our esteemed client, a global leader specializing in customer service experience management, digital engagement, and cutting-edge technology solutions. This role requires a commitment to full-time work hours, prior experience in customer service, and exceptional communication skills.
*Please note that only candidates living in Winnipeg and surroundings will be considered.
  • Pay Rate: $17.28 / hour
  • Location: Winnipeg, MB
  • Shifts : Availability from 10 AM - 10 PM for scheduling
  • Job type: Full-time |Permanent

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate passion for customer service, ownership of the customer experience and determination to deliver a comprehensive resolution
  • Prioritize the customer experience and constantly strive to exceed their expectations
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal (in the required language)
  • Tailor communication style to suit different audiences and read verbal and non-verbal cues
  • Approach problems with flexibility and adapt your approach without compromising the outcome
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A High School diploma (or GED)
  • One year of customer care experience is preferred
  • Stellar phone presence - people can hear you smiling!
  • Technical knowledge and expertise
  • Proficiency in technical troubleshooting
  • Experience using iOS, Smartphones, Tablets, and PC/Mac products
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology is preferred.
  • Confidence in navigating multiple systems and tools to promptly research, understand, and deliver solutions to customers
  • Professionalism exhibited by maintaining composure under pressure
  • Analytical skills to make informed decisions and solve complex technical issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Performance-driven mindset, motivated by results and personal development
  • Keen interest in technology and a continuous thirst for knowledge
  • Self-management skills and the ability to work independently
  • Eagerness to undertake repetitive tasks while demonstrating a willingness to take on additional responsibilities
  • Self-awareness to identify and navigate challenges associated with the role
  • Willingness to receive feedback, embrace coaching, and adapt accordingly
  • Legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
