Reporting to the manager, client services, you will join a high-energy, customer focused team responsible for delivering IT services through Camecos Saskatoon-based Client Services team.
In this role, you will:
- Carry out a variety of assigned Technical Support tasks that support the IT Lifecycle of computer hardware and peripherals
- Assist in activities including but are not limited to, inventory and asset management, imaging, configuration and disposal of desktops, laptops, and other related equipment
- Diagnose and resolve computer hardware and software issues and escalate tickets that require higher level support for final resolution
Required:
- Diploma in information technology or in a related technical field
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an IT support environment
- Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered
- Knowledge of desktop hardware, preferably from an enterprise or business environment
- Knowledge of software installation and troubleshooting in a Windows environment
- Demonstrated experience providing outstanding customer service and troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of IT Service Delivery models and principals
Recommended:
- Experience with Windows 10 & 11, Active Directory, Microsoft Office products, Apple, and Dell products
- ITIL, Help Desk Institute certification
