Role Overview:

As a Technical Support Representative - Heavy Diesel Communication Expert, you will play a crucial role in assisting our valued customers with technical issues related to our electronic devices and their integration into heavy diesel applications. You will be the frontline liaison between our customers and our engineering team, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout the entire customer experience.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance related to our electronic devices and their application in heavy diesel systems.
  • Respond to inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues promptly and effectively, either through phone, email, or online chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve product-related problems, ensuring customer satisfaction and seamless operation.
  • Customize product functionality to better achieve customer goals through basic embedded systems programming.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues beyond the scope of standard support procedures.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and knowledge base articles to assist customers in self-help troubleshooting.
  • Identify recurring technical issues and provide feedback to the product development team to improve the reliability and usability of our electronic devices.
  • Conduct product training sessions for customers and internal teams to enhance their understanding of our products' features and functionalities.

Requirements:

  • Solid technical knowledge and experience working with heavy diesel engines and embedded systems.
  • Proficiency in understanding and interpreting communication protocols used in heavy diesel engines and related electronic devices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Customer-oriented mindset, with a passion for providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in Technical Support or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
