Working Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week

Under the supervision of the Sales Director, the incumbent plays an essential role within the organization. This position is crucial for providing unparalleled customer service. The Technical Support Engineer, in collaboration with the Sales and Engineering teams, ensures customer support through email, phone, video conference, or on-site assistance. The Technical Support Engineer must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, enjoy phone interactions with customers, possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in problem-solving, and take pleasure in being an integral member of our customer-oriented organization.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to external and internal customers
  • Maintain technical documentation provided to the customer service
  • Collaborate with the engineering department to find solutions to customer problems and contribute to bringing innovative solutions to the market
  • Understand, test, and identify issues related to software and products
  • Manage daily activities of phone calls, chats, and emails
  • Formulate recommendations for sales agents and buyers
  • Support the sales team before or after sales requests or inquiries
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of product support resources
  • Assist the engineering and marketing teams in creating technical documents and improving the support portal, website, and any promotional or educational written material
  • Be available for occasional travel to support the sales team
  • Conduct technical product presentations and training events via webinars, schools, conferences, and occasionally at customer sites
