We are currently hiring a Full-Time Permanent Assistant Sales Manager for our Red Deer location.

The Position:

• As a 4L Assistant Sales Manager you will be able to assist our customers to help choose the best TELUS products and services that will help improve clients day to day lives.
• You will become a product expert and assist the Sales Manager in training reps on the complete TELUS lineup of smartphones, connected devices, accessories, rate plans, home security and automation, business solutions as well as TV and internet products (varies by region).
• 4L Assistant Managers are comfortable dealing with customers in-store, as well as contacting our customers via phone or online interactions.
• As an AM you will be accountable individual sales targets and metrics that contribute to the overall store performance. You will assist the Manager in training, admin tasks, and in providing support to your retail staff continuously.
• Opportunity for continued growth, including potential for assisting other store locations as well as moving into a Sales Manager role.
