The Opportunity
RVS invites you to apply for a temporary full-time (1.0 FTE) Grade 1 French Immersion Teacher position at Glenbow Elementary School starting April 8, 2024 until June 10, 2024. Glenbow Elementary School is located in the Town of Cochrane, and serves English and French Immersion students from grades K-4. This position requires fluency in both French and English is a requirement for this position.
This position is not open to those holding a Continuing Teaching contract with RVS.
The successful can d idate must possess, or be eligible for an Alberta Teaching Certificate and provide Human Resources with an original of their Teacher Qualifications Service (TQS) document. To be eligible for an Alberta Teaching Certificate you must have applied for initial certification with Alberta Education at www.alberta.ca/teacher-certification.
