Job Title: Terminal Manager

CND Domestic Travel Required

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient and effective functioning of all dock departments
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize productivity and streamline processes
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and achieve organizational goals
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets and customer demands
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other external stakeholders
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of employees to achieve high performance levels

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role-Knowledge of dock freight flow (LTL , TL)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in operations management
