We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Test and Assembly Technician. We are seeking an individual who is willing to learn, focused on quality and a desire to grow with the company.
Job Title:Test and Assembly Technician
Location: Saskatoon, SK Canada
Job position: Full time
Job Description:
- Assemble and test electronic devices and cable assemblies as per the design drawings and work instructions
- Ensure high quality of work through attention to detail and consistent testing procedures
- Package and ship products on time and in accordance with packaging guidelines and shipping standards
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments of raw materials from suppliers
- Organize and maintain the manufacturing and inventory work areas
- Perform pickup and delivery of parts and complete shipments as required
- Complete and submit all required paperwork in a timely manner
- Support, help and contribute to the entire North Star Systems Team
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Electronics assembly experience is considered an asset
- Experience in the following areas will be extremely helpful, but not required
- Agriculture
- IoT/m2m technologies
- Wireless applications

- Effective interpersonal communication skills – verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills required

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy required
