JOB SUMMARY:

The Ticket and Season Pass Manager is responsible for daily operations and oversees sales and service within the Ticket and Season Pass Office. Responsibilities include managing the Ticket and Season Pass Team, coordinating Pass and Ticket Sales, managing Sales Campaigns, and ensuring a positive team and guest environment.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

People Management Responsibilities

· Inspire and lead a high-performance team in a positive, collaborative work environment. Occasional front-line work may be required based on business volumes and operational needs.

· Conduct comprehensive staff training, performance reviews, daily team meetings, and ongoing reviews.

· Act as the primary point of contact for ticket and pass queries, providing timely guidance and support.

· Instill a customer-centric mindset, emphasizing personalized and memorable guest interactions.

· Encourage proactive engagement with guests, creating positive and lasting impressions.

· Champion a commitment to excellence in service delivery, fostering a sales-oriented environment.

Operational Management Responsibilities

· Establish a customer feedback mechanism for continuous improvement.

· Develop strong relationships with guests and stakeholders.

· Collaborate with marketing for customer-centric campaigns.

· Organize training manuals and ensure the team is well-informed.

· Establish clear Resort Policies and Procedures, regularly reviewing and updating them.

· Implement a structured system for policy communications.

· Conduct comprehensive training sessions on policies and procedures.

General Responsibilities

· Implement controls to prevent ticket theft and fraud.

· Oversee pass-processing systems, including technology enhancements in collaboration with IT.

· Develop and communicate clear guidelines for pass-related transactions, update literature regularly, and provide staff training.

· Collaborate with finance to develop and manage budgets, ensuring expenses and wages align.

· Plan and execute Summer and Winter Early Pass Sales Campaigns, collaborating with marketing on promotional efforts.

· Analyze tickets and pass sales data regularly for reporting, insights, and improvement opportunities, providing data-driven recommendations for pricing and promotions.

SKILLS REQUIRED

· Minimum four years of experience in a sales and service supervisory role.

· Post-secondary education in a related discipline or equivalent experience.

· Strong customer service skills, enthusiastic team building, and leadership skills.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Analytical approach to process improvement.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
