Job Duties:
- Interact with customers to understand their travel needs and preferences.
- Provide information on flight options, schedules, and prices.
- Assist customers in making informed decisions regarding their travel arrangements
- Check flight availability and secure reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services
- Issue electronic or paper tickets to customers after confirming their travel arrangements
- Ensure accuracy of passenger information, flight details, and pricing.
- Collect payment for booked tickets and process transactions using various payment methods.
- Prepare and issue necessary travel documents, such as itineraries and invoices.
- Assist customers in resolving issues related to bookings, cancellations, and changes.
- Communicate effectively with airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers to confirm reservations and resolve any issues.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, transactions, and customer interactions.
