Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly driven individual with a passion for working within the Telecommunications industry. NFTC prides itself in our ability to facilitate a work environment with the potential for growth, valuable work experience and a vibrant and friendly work culture. As a vital part of the Tier 2 team you will be responsible for daily items involving troubleshooting and equipment configuration for customers across Ontario. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Tier 1 team to ensure that any issues sent to the Tier 2 team is handled with the up most quality and efficiency.

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills, be open to learning new things, highly driven and a mind for timely problem solving. It is also preferred that you have some experience in computer networking, knowledge of network protocols and technologies, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues. Full job description Summary

  • Providing unparalleled customer service excellence
  • Provisioning Fiber modems and routers
  • Provisioning security systems
  • Calling customers to help with service interruptions
  • Adhering to existing practices and standards to ensure consistent quality
  • Ensure equipment and workspace is in excellent working condition
  • Trouble shoot technical issues swiftly and accurately
  • Work in an office environment, must be able to commute to London Ontario
  • Perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned
  • Adhere to and promote the environmental, health & safety policies of NFTC

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 per hour
