Tim Hortons- Full and Part Time Counter Staff

At this time, we are currently looking ahead to our busy summer months and are seeking Full and Part-Time Permanent Employees. We offer flexible hours and our hours of operation are 5am-10pm in store and 24/7 for Drive Thru.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Good verbal communication skills.
• Energetic with strong work ethic
• Flexible and has the ability and willingness to learn and thrive with new skills and opportunities
• Uses proper procedures to ensure the accuracy, prepares and finishes products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Helps support speed of service targets by working quickly and efficiently to get our guests on with their day.
• Service recovery for any guest concerns or complaints by making it right with the guest, regardless of involvement in the issue and ability to communicate issues with supervisor.
• Conducts themselves in a professional manner and aides in ensuring a welcome environment for our guests.
• Works well within a team, but strong ability to work independently in order busy themselves throughout the day during slower periods.
• Some light stocking and daily cleaning duties.
• Previous hospitality experience would be great, but not necessary – we’ll gladly train the right individual. We encourage cross training
