We are excited to be looking for an enthusiastic Tim Hortons Restaurant Manager to lead our crew in Creighton. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As the manager, you will be the driving force that empowers and leads your team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You promote a respectful working environment and lift team members with open communication, empathy, and understanding. You have the knowledge, experience, and long-term vision to support the Owner in driving the business to continued success. Your skills in recruiting, training, and coaching a diverse team ensure you achieve and maintain Tim Hortons’ high standards of operation. With your high standards of operational excellence, you easily plan and execute marketing initiatives, sales increases and achieve targeted costs. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy flexible shifts, and love coming to work every day!
Your 1-5 years of quick service experience in a supervisory role combined with your practical knowledge makes you an ideal candidate for this management role. Tim Hortons experience is an asset.
QUALIFICATIONS
As the Tim Hortons Manager, you will be responsible to:
- Be ready and excited to take on the full responsibility of running a Tim Hortons kiosk restaurant.
- Demonstrate a passion for guest services and creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Pride yourself on building relationships with guests and your team.
- Are experienced in overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere.
- Drive sales and revenue growth through marketing initiatives and promotions.
- Ensure food quality and safety standards are met.
- Have a passion for coaching and are comfortable delegating tasks.
- Enjoy inspiring and motivating our team to provide exceptional customer service.
- Value leading a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
