Job Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and perform service work on commercial tires and wheels including removing wheel assemblies, dismounting tires, balancing, inflating and installation, reinstallations, and diagnostics.
- Conduct routine tire inspections and maintenance services to ensure proper tire inflation, tread wear, and overall conditions.
- Answer service calls to provide tire-related assistance for commercial vehicles stranded on the road.
- Interact with customers in a friendly professional manner. Listen to their tire-related concerns, provide advice, and recommend appropriate options based on their vehicle type, usage, and budget.
- Communicate effectively to explain tire services performed and any additional recommendations for maintenance and repairs.
Job Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving attitude.
- 6 months of experience (Preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tire services.
- You are a self-starter dedicated to maintaining a positive, collaborative, and constructive workplace.
- Comfortable working with minimal supervision.
- Enjoy creating positive and building long-term relationships.
- Ability to excel in a physical environment and comfortable lifting 50 lbs at shoulder height.
- Safety mindset, willing to wear all required PPE, and follow all safety procedures.
