Golden Arrow Tours Division is looking to hire Highway Tour Coach drivers for its Alberta and BC locations. Responsibilities:
- Professionally drive and operate coach buses to facilitate premium passenger transport services including long-haul charters and single day trips for tour groups, academic institutions, sports teams, corporations, industry associations, and government organizations.
- Complete required paperwork such as E-logs, dispatch sheets, DVIRS
- Notify dispatchers or company mechanics of vehicle problems.
- Maintain communication with both our Dispatch Team and Maintenance Team to ensure smooth and successful transportation services for our valued clients and their passengers.
- Demonstrates behaviours consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and suppliers.
- Strong customer service and relationship skills, together with excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communications skills.
- Participate in additional training when routes or procedures change.
- Ability to follow procedures relating to requests for special bus movements changes of bus schedules and/or protocols.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Maintain exceptional customer service at all times with an unwavering focus on customer satisfaction including keeping the coach safe, clean, and fueled.
- Employees must wear company provided uniform at all times while on Duty.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:
- Able to sit for long periods of time, operating a vehicle with attention to safety.
- Able to see and hear clearly both during the day and at night.
- Able to lift and carry baggage weighing up to 50 lbs.
Experience and Knowledge:
- Coach drivers require minimum 3 years of coach bus experience or 5-10 Years of trucking experience.
- Valid class 2 license with air brakes or class 1 and clean driving record (10 Year Abstract).
- Ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures.
- Ability to communicate in English (written and oral).
- Be willing to work flexible hours including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays.
- A good knowledge of the geographic area around Alberta and British Columbia.
- Must be able to problem solve under stressful situations such as traffic and weather.
- Have a GPS and a mobile smart phone and have the ability to communicate via e-mail and SMS.
