Position Summary
An amazing opportunity to work and support Scotia Wealth’s Training and Development Team in support of the various programs of learning and Development that we support.  This opportunity will allow you to support the administration, coordination development of the various programs and activities within Scotia Wealth.  With a strong focus on program delivery and improvement, you will support the team in reviewing and updating many of the learning & support resources (i.e. checklists, aids, documents) relevant to the programs and/or development initiatives.
You will also have access to skill-building modules, as well as challenging work-integrated learnings - all of which come together to create a stimulating environment where you will have the chance to thrive.  We want you to take it all in, bring your great attitude, always be authentic, and own every opportunity that comes your way.  This is your time to shine.
 
Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:
-Collaborate with numerous stakeholders and subject matter experts within Scotia Wealth in producing presentation and support material related to training programs
-Capacity to prioritize and to work on simultaneous and time-conflicting tasks
-Help support and coordinate learning activities
-Review, update, and edit learning resources and online support guides/ references. 
-Manage the development and implementation of enhancements to existing programs
 
Do you have the skills and requirements that will enable you to succeed in this role? – We’d love to work with you if:

-You are currently enrolled in post-secondary education
-You have interests in learning and Development and wealth management would be advantageous
-You have strong English written and spoken communication skills preferred
-You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment
-You have high level of attention to details
-You have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
