Position Description

Reporting to the Training Manager, the Training Officer will provide and deliver to new and existing employees, the approved Real Fruit Bubble Tea Inc. training program and initiatives, such as our Senior Bartending Training program. Working in conjunction with RFBT operations staff and the Training Manager, the Training Officer will assist in identifying training and knowledge gaps and develop training initiatives to close it. The Training Officer will help to ensure that all RFBT partners are properly trained on how prepare drinks to RFBT’s standards to deliver a quality product to customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage and ensure that training programs are achieving their objectives
  • Support new and current RFBT partners by observing and determining whether more tailored training processes are needed to allow a partner to fully acclimate to the workplace
  • Assess and evaluate employees’ skills and storefront operations’ performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement
  • Drive RFBT’s brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities
  • Effectively communicate with other team members, trainers and management
  • Manage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training
  • Ensure that all training programs and methods are in compliance with provincial legislations
  • Keep abreast of training trends, developments and best practices

  • Strong leadership skills with an energetic, determined, and highly capable disposition
  • Ability to think creatively to solve problems
  • Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong fluency in written and verbal English and French is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $85,000.00 per year
