We are seeking a Travel & Accommodation Administrator to be based at the CNRL Horizon Site in Northern Alberta. This is a temporary position to support an industrial construction turnaround project starting in 2024. Charter flights from Calgary or Edmonton and camp will be provided.
The Travel & Accommodation Administrator is responsible to work closely with CNRL travel team to coordinate all Black & McDonald charter flight & camp accommodation requirements and will report to Project Cost Controls. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensure arrangements are in compliance with the contract and client/company's travel policy
- Ensure booking confirmations, itineraries (arrival & departures), maps, directions and instructions are delivered to the traveler in a timely manner
- Maintain all changes to traveler profiles
- Ensure travelers are provided with updated information including flight or camp changes
- Be part of an overall team and liaise with other staff members to ensure continuity and standards are maintained
- Submit reports to Project Cost Control as required
- Provide administrative assistance as required to the project team including but not limited to; Timesheet & LEM processing, onboarding, HR and safety tasks
- Assist project team in any other administrative duties as required

EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- University Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma preferable in Business/Office Administration or equivalent
- Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS-09 or CSO)
- 7+ years in a similar role & Industry with remote site experience
- Experience & knowledge working with unions
SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook) in addition to SharePoint, scanning and working with pdf, jpeg & image documents
- Able to learn new systems and processes advanced computer literacy
