Truck Washing Technician

We are seeking a positive individual to join our Truck Washing team to assist with commercial tractors/trailers on from Thursday through to Sunday, full-time hours.

The job will consist of;

Following safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment for our team members, and our clients.

Operating a commercial vehicle over 4500KG (cube truck)

Operating a pressure washer to wash trucks and trailers

Scrubbing trucks and trailers

Re-Stocking and mixing chemicals

General labour and other tasks

The ideal candidate would be;

Safety conscious

Punctual

Friendly/positive

Good team player

Able to lift 50lbs

Able to work a physically demanding job for long periods of time

Able to use a ladder or rolling stair platform

Comfortable working in outdoor environments with low light conditions.

2 years of Pressure washing or Truck Washing experience is preferred

Must have own transportation and valid G license and clean driver's abstract.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $20.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week

Supplemental pay types:

Experience:

• Heavy Commercial driving: 3 years (preferred)
• Pressure washing or Truck Washing: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Class G Licence with clean drivers abstract (required)
