CLASSIFICATION:COOK lll / DISHWASHER

TOTAL REQUIRED 2 (Two) Part time

PAY RATE: As per Collective Agreement

QUALIFICATIONS:

• knowledge of health, sanitary and storage regulations

• must be dependable, alert and intelligent

• must demonstrate an above average sense of integrity, capable of refusing the continual requests of friends and staff to allow free food and drink.

• Must be in good physical condition

• must be capable of following instructions as laid out by Supervisor or Ski Area Management whether it be in the form of manuals, memos or verbal instructions.

• Must show self-motivation and ability to work well under supervision as well as without supervision.

• Must be able to work shift work, holidays and weekends
