URGENT FEMALE Live In PSW for Elmira Client

MUST READ IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS:

• You must Live In Ontario, Canada in order to apply. We do not sponsor candidates internationally. Do not apply unless you are available to start work immediately (within 1-7 days) AND able to commute to this location.
• Please DO NOT apply if you're not committed to do live-in position (staying 24hrs with the client)
• You must be available to stay with the client for at least 2 days per week (Mon and Wed)or more preferably includes Weekends (24-hour shift in a row or alternate) . This is not a full time live-in position, so you will stay at your own residence when not scheduled with this client.
• You can finish the tasks for 8hrs and then you can rest and have a good night's sleep at night. You will only be awake at night if the client needs your assistance. Free meal as well.

Overview:

Promyse Home Care is looking for Live-In Caregivers with the ability to work 24 hour live-in shifts. Live-in care provides you with a private bedroom for you to sleep overnight. You would be on a rotation to allow for part to full time work. As a Live-In Caregiver, you will be able to count on consistent wages and have the opportunity to earn a full week of pay in just a few short days. Candidates must be available to start immediately.

Required Qualifications:

• Personal Support Worker (PSW) certification OR Health Care Aid (HCA) certification OR internationally educated nurse
• COVID vaccination (Completely vaccinated - 2 doses)
• Criminal record check with Vulnerable Sector Check - completed within the last 6 months
• Current CPR Training
• Negative TB test or Chest X-Ray
• Strong verbal and written English language skills
• Personal cell phone with a mobile data plan.
• Must have reliable transportation, preferably your own vehicle.

Shift Schedule:

• IN- 8AM OUT- 8AM (the next day)

In order to provide premium care to all of our client, all candidates must be willing and able to

• Cook (Prepare meals based on the client care plan)
• Clean (Mop, Laundry, Clean Kitchen/Dishes)
• Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding)
• Home support
• Companionship
• Appointment accompaniment

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Salary: $225.00-$262.00 per day
