Urgent: Live-out Condominium Superintendent (Luxury Building)

Schedule: Full Time Live-Out (Monday to Friday: 8AM to 4PM)

'Luxury' Condominium Location: Toronto

Start Date: ASAP

Requirement: Superintendent experience

Duties Include:

• Daily building inspection (mechanical rooms, building systems)
• Compactor responsibilities (garbage, recycling)
• Daily communication with property management
• Assist with minor repairs and troubleshooting
