What is the Opportunity?
US Credit Repo Trader
What will you do?
- Market making in US Fixed Income Credit repo markets.
- Optimize revenue generating opportunities across client matched book in fixed income credit securities.
- Manage the financing requirements of firm credit positions in addition to providing relevant market color and analysis.
- Maintain active engagement with clients to develop new and further existing business relationships via discussions on market themes through calls, meetings, and events.
- Actively manage interest rate risk via proper hedging instruments.
- Collaborate with partners across Global Markets to provide comprehensive coverage for our clients and capitalize on synergies.
What do you need to succeed?
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Economics, or related
- 3+ years of relevant experience within a repo/central funding business with a focus on Credit markets
- Detailed understanding of the US Fixed Income Credit repo market and products
- Comprehensive understanding of trading and risk management strategies
- Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a pressured environment
- Ability to work closely within a team with a strong focus on client relationships
- SEI, Series 7, Series 63 registered

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $155,000 - $225,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
