Job Summary
Job Description
- Manage the governance reporting cycle for updates to risk committees and Boards; facilitate materials preparation and conduct review sessions with team
- Work with team members to expand content and enhance the quality of materials
- Strengthen alignment across US business units and leverage best practices for Combined US Operations (CUSO) reporting
- Work with team members to ensure that US IT risk management procedures are properly documented; enhance or create new procedures as needed
- Contribute to the development of Enterprise policies, standards and metrics as needed to ensure alignment with US IT regulatory and Risk management requirements
- Assist with responses to regulatory inquiries and exams
