Work Attire: Casual

This a in-dealership position. You will get 2-3 leads daily via online or in-store. We are located between Burrard and Fir street in Vancouver. $3000 per month guaranteed salary plus monthly bonus position.

Working under the general supervision of the Sales Manager - you are responsible for greeting customers at the dealership, identifying their needs, demonstrating the features and benefits of selected vehicles in relation to those needs, arranging test drives for customers, determining customers’ interest towards the successful agreement of purchase, sale, delivery of vehicle, and post delivery communication with utmost customer service.

Must have a current VSA Salesperson License
Must have a valid BC Driver’s License
Proven working experience as a Car Dealership Salesperson
Must be a self starter with an ability to work with limited supervision
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Must be willing to help other dealership duties, for example moving cars from compound, service shop or detail.
An ability to demonstrate an enthusiasm and appreciation for the customer and the dealership in all situations

Salary: $3,000.00 per month
