Your mission
Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Marketing, your mission in this role is pivotal. You'll spearhead the creation of visually captivating assets tailored for diverse digital platforms, strategically engineered to fuel and elevate our performance marketing initiatives. Your creative vision and design expertise will be the driving force behind campaigns that not only adhere to brand identity but also possess the finesse to surpass performance metrics. By seamlessly blending artistic prowess and convincing copy with data-driven insights, you'll craft performance assets that not only capture attention but also propel audience engagement and conversion rates. Your work will be instrumental in propelling our brand's reach and impact across the digital landscape.
 
Your responsibilities
-Collaborate with the Global Marketing Team to conceptualize and design high-quality assets for performance marketing campaigns, including but not limited to social media ads, display banners, email graphics, landing pages, and other promotional/collateral materials.
-Develop visually engaging and conversion-focused designs that adhere to brand guidelines while also meeting performance metrics and campaign objectives.
-Stay updated on the latest design trends, digital marketing strategies, and industry best practices to optimize designs for maximum impact and engagement.
-Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and other team members to ensure cohesive and effective messaging in design assets.
-Conduct A/B testing and analyze performance metrics to iterate and improve design strategies for better campaign results.
-Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to project timelines and deadlines.
-Other related tasks.
 
Required qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related experience.
-Proven experience (5 years) in graphic design with a focus on performance marketing, preferably in an agency or marketing-driven environment.
-Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
-Strong understanding of marketing principles, user experience (UX), and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate and present design concepts effectively.
-Portfolio showcasing a range of design work with a focus on performance-driven assets and successful campaigns.
-Bilingual.  Must be able to work in a French environment and understand English.

-Highly responsive, organised, naturally motivated and perfect attention to detail.
-Proven ability for design and sense of aesthetics
-Ability to generate or edit short and impactful copy, an asset.
-You are customer-centric and curious about the whole customer journey
-Excellent time and stress management and the ability to take initiative.

-Integrity - Has a good work ethic and knows how to respect confidentiality rules;
-Available to work outside of normal business hours as needed.
