Vacuum Cooler Operator

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Loads, unloads and operates the Vacuum Cooler
• Stores and maintains product in the coolers in an efficient and organized manner
• Moves pallets of product using a hand jack and/or power jack
• Operates a forklift
• Checks battery of forklift weekly and fills if required
• Ensures product is cooled to specifications
• Stores finished product in proper locations in the loading dock
• Supplies the packing lines with masters and empty pallets
• Performs any other duties that may be assigned as required.
• Performs other general duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must be eligible to work in Canada
• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Prior forklift experience is an asset
• Packaging Room experience an asset.

Hours of Work:

Swing Shifts

• Day Shift 7:00am - 4:30pm
• Afternoon Shift 5:00pm - 2:30am
