Valet Attendant

The O’Neill Automotive Group is looking for an individual that has attention to detail and organizational skills for the position of Valet Attendant for our flagship O'Neill Nissan location.

As a Valet Attendant, the duties include but are not limited to:

• Greeting all customers that enter the service drive in a friendly, professional manner
• Using appropriate dealer software to check in service customers and confirm suitable service requests.
• Recording vehicle and customer information that pertains to the service
• Directing service customers to the appropriate service advisor
• Organizing dealership lot and service drive
• Controlling service traffic flow and parking

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Strong computer skills
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
