The Vehicle Sales industry is one of the fastest changing professions in our marketplace. The adoption of technology, coupled with consumer demands for an easier and more transparent transaction experience, has rapidly changed the landscape within the automotive segment. New salespeople in this industry have struggled to succeed in the past because of a lack of relationships with existing consumers, along with low knowledge of dealership services and products. Lacombe Ford has an option for people wanting to enter this rewarding industry more successfully and quicker! If you love dealing with people, have a passion for vehicles and technology, this profession still provides an amazing opportunity to develop into a very personally rewarding career.

Our Sales Apprenticeship program will provide a living hourly wage to start, plus incentives for performance in sales and customer satisfaction until you transition to a rewarding performance based pay plan. This is accompanied by a flexible work schedule and good benefits in a positive work environment. The apprentice period will last up to 6 months as you are giving the opportunity to develop a personal customer base and learn all aspects of dealership operations and product knowledge.
