Description

Role Description:
-    This role will be to assist the team and the IT Vendor Relationship Managers in their day-to-day duties.  
-    Work with the Invoicing and Contract Administrator on processing monthly consultant invoices for professional services, travel expenses and assisting with the month end accrual process.  
-    Work with the Invoice Administrator on IT hardware related invoicing, mobile and land line phone support and invoicing, and creating purchase orders in SAP.  
-    Assist our current Vendor Management Associate in engaging and managing the contingent workforce. This includes releasing Request for Resources (RFR's) to vendors, sending SOWs for signature through DocuSign, creating purchase orders in SAP, and tracking all contingent workforce contracts in ServiceNow.
-    Assist the leadership in managing the vendor portfolios and governance, as well as any daily activities required as part of their portfolio management, which may include assisting with the creation and management of RFx's and associated Third Party Risk tasks.
-    Support the team daily with any tasks required, with the goal to backfill for any teammates when they are away.
Location:
-    Required to be onsite at the Corporate Office in Regina, SK - 2 days per week, while the other days can be worked remotely from home. This is not 100% remote contract job.
Mandatory Skills/Requirements:
-    It is very important that the candidate for this role be very organized and have a tremendous eye for detail.
-    The person must be intuitive, be able to think on their feet quickly, and be able to recommend optional solutions for complex situations.
-    Must possess an obsession with providing an exceptional customer experience.
-    2+ years of IT experience is required. Must understand the world of IT hardware, professional services, and IT software subscriptions, and be able to understand IT concepts, language and acronyms.
-    2+ years of experience in IT contract and invoice management.
