Venues Front of House Staff

Key Responsibilities

Concert and event service/coordination for venues Front of House. Duties include managing and coordinating volunteer ushers, box office ticket sales and entry scanning, audience experience, cash handling reconciliation, and concession inventory. Other technical Venues or front-of-house experience would be an asset.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Clear and confident communication skills for serving the public.
• Strong computer skills.
• Accurate cash balancing and reconciling skills.
• A friendly and helpful personality to interact professionally with patrons, artists, clients, other staff, and volunteers.
