Vice President

NCC Investment Group Inc. (“NCCIG”) is a 100% Inuit-owned property management and construction and development company that operates in all three regions of Nunavut. NCCIG is seeking to fill the key role of Vice President located in Iqaluit, Nunavut.

Reporting directly to the President & Chief Executive Officer, the Vice President will have demonstrated experience in organizational leadership and accomplishments in large scale construction and development projects.

As a highly skilled and established leader, the ideal candidate has at least 10 years' experience in infrastructure and project management preferably as a professional Engineer. As a results-oriented professional, you will have demonstrated experience leading and building a high-preforming team with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will have a proven ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders including board of directors, senior level management, internal and external partners, territorial, and federal government.

The Vice President will require a flexible schedule with a willingness to travel within the territory of Nunavut and outside of the territory as business needs require. Prior knowledge of the Nunavut Land Claims Agreement and Fluency in Inuktitut is an asset.
