Position Summary

As part of the Capability & Training Team, you would be focused on producing Training Videos for the FGL Merch & Merch Ops team. Working with our cross-functional partners, the Videographer student would work on building Store Boards and Production Schedules. They would then lead the filming / recording of the videos and applying the required aftereffects. This individual will have the opportunity to grow their professional skills, like communications (written and oral), planning and time management, creative applications for professional videos, working to deadlines, and much more.

What you’ll do:
Record videos using screen recording software, like Camtasia or something similar
Filming simple videos using smart phone technology
Editing videos, on a PC, using Adobe Premier Pro or something similar
Applying over lays and aftereffects using Adobe After Effects or something similar
Build story boards for Training Videos
Build production schedules and communications to required audiences
Publish and export videos in required resolutions to work in a web format
Attend Training Team meetings
Coordinate and help plan Training Videos

Experience working in film, and creating digital content
Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite
Willingness to grow communication skills
Willingness to work collaboratively
Able to work to deadlines

What you’ve done:
Adobe Creative Suite. Must have experience with Premier Pro & After Effects, or a similar program for video editing; Basic graphic design skills using Photoshop & Illustrator would be a bonus
Microsoft Office 365; Working with shared documents
Proven ability to write scripts, build story boards and build production plans
