The Successful Applicant

Our client is looking for a VP of Operations with experience in the Civil Construction industry in projects such as bridges, rails, and other major infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have an operations background, and will ideally currently be in a Director of Operations or VP of Operations role. The selected candidate will have a thorough understanding and experience in building and managing teams, understanding the P&L, and overseeing full operations.
