Waitress/Waiter

### Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable. Your main goal will be to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

### Duties:

- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on tables regularly
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism
- Process payments using the POS system
- Assist with setting up tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

### Requirements:

- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with coworkers
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
